Goodnight Texas

When a supposedly extinct Zebra fish washes up on the shore of Goodnight by the Sea, an impoverished Texas gulf town, a Russian restaurateur tries to capitalize on the improbable animal, even as a pending hurricane threatens to wipe the miserable town off the face of the map. William J. Cobb milks the two-bit locale and the oddball locals--fry cook Falk, his unsatisfied girlfriend Una, Una`s drunken driver`s ed-instructor ex-boyfriend, et al.--for comic and melancholic effect.
